"From the ashes of an era gone by, Zubira rises against the musical clutter of the 21st Century, brandishing a guitar in one hand and a torch of Classic Rock in the other. Influence by the Guitar Legends of Old, Zubira delivers his own blend of Rock, Pop, Folk and Blues. His motto is " look for something new, but leave some things unchanged ". This is reflected in his upcoming debut album to be released some time this year. In the early days, Zubira played the drums, bass and guitar and some vocals on cover songs with his college band. Upon graduation, he focused on only the Guitar, but played less and less music until his early retirement from Music in the late 80s. however , in the 90s, he decided to get his hands on his guitar again and started to write his own songs since then. A demo EP entitled " Can I...?" was released in early 2005 and the limited number of CDs were all sold out. CRAWL and LIKE NEVER BEFORE were recorded in early 2005 and released early 2006 for downloads through Chromium Records, UK. In his up coming Debut Album, scheduled to be released some time this year. Expect Zubira to delve further into the musical horizon for future projects but with his roots planted deep in the everlasting Rock and Roll. With this Compilation Album, Zubira is formally introducing himself to the music world as a Singer/Songwriter/Guitarist."
